Ingredients
  

  • 2 pumps blood orange syrup
  • 5 oz tonic
  • 2 oz espresso
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. Add syrup to bottom of cup and fill cup with ice
  2. Add tonic, tilting glass sideways so the tonic hits the side of the glass. (Add straw now to maintain a layered look)
  3. Slowly pour espresso over the top to float it and the remaining crema
