VP OPERATIONS
Molly began working for Compass Group in 2015 where she started focusing on coffee, tea, pantry growth, and operational success in the Southeast division of Canteen. Molly joined the Tradecraft team as Vice President of Operations in 2022, focusing on growth, operational support and excellence within Compass Group, and continued education on the value of the Tradecraft partnership.

Jason Sluka
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jason grew up in New York state, 80 miles north of Manhattan. He attended the University of South Florida in Tampa FL, and received his Bachelors in Communications. After a move to Asheville, NC with his wife Melissa, an opportunity brought him back to Florida to begin a new business venture with a friend, SmoothieLita’s, a smoothie company operating in local YMCAs. This venture swiftly turned into operating vending machines and eventually acquiring another vending company that encompassed office coffee business as well. In 2015, Suncoast Coffee Service and Vending was acquired by Canteen and Jason was brought on board as a Customer Service Manager. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to District Operations Manager with his primary focus being on office coffee service. Jason and his wife have three busy children, Isabella, Olivia, and Zane.

Wes Westfall
FIELD IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
In 2010 Wes turned his love of mechanical tinkering into a career as a specialty coffee technician. Wes trains new techs to repair fine espresso equipment, and even his workbench at home hosts machines in need of repair for his friends and family. While he enjoys the ristretto that ends up in his glass, his real love is for the copper, chrome, and Italian engineering within the machines themselves.

Madeline Mondloch
OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER
Madeline started her career with Canteen in the beginning of 2021 as CSM at Canteen Beltsville servicing mainly Northern Virginia and DC accounts. She has bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University and joined the Tradecraft team as Operations Support Manager.

Rebecca Harrison
FIELD IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
Rebecca had her start in specialty coffee on a farm in Peru, and as a barista. For the last 7+ years, she has worked abroad with coffee growing communities and worked along-side world-class coffee professionals. She was hands on the ground support in the roll out of multiple brand new café spaces. Rebecca has studied the industry’s capacity for social impact at every level of the supply chain and has contributed her skills and passion to establish a non-profit, Rhiza Coffee Co. that works to provide job skills training and mentorship to youth in Peru. When she is not around coffee you can find her playing guitar on her sofa or in her kitchen experimenting with new recipes for friends and family.

Michael Kaiser
VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
With more than ten years of industry experience at every level of the supply chain, and a Masters in Coffee Economics & Science Michael helps imagine and deliver, thoughtful and innovative coffee and tea experiences.

Joe O’Donnell
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Joe has over 9 years working within the Compass Group family including Procurement, Acquisitions, Data Integration and Software Development which have helped to bring a broad business understanding to the Business Development team with a focus on growing Tradecraft. He lives in Charlotte, NC with his Wife, 2 toddlers and dog.

Rebecca McClain
VP OF RETAIL & PROCUREMENT
Starting her coffee journey in 2000 as a barista, Rebecca has worked in many capacities in the
industry, including training, café management, retail category management, procurement, and multi-unit café operations. Rebecca currently supports Tradecraft’s Training & Education, Account Management, Retail Experience, and Strategic Sourcing teams.

Jess Ross
DIRECTOR OF RETAIL EXPERIENCE & PARTNERSHIPS
With over 17 years of experience in the coffee and tea industry, Jess has experience as a retail cafe operator, including multi-unit management and new location openings, coffee/tea educator, HR professional, project management, and consultation. Today they oversee all aspects of driving the retail experience with Tradecraft’s programming and manage partnerships with Tradecraft’s portfolio of suppliers. They also volunteer their time with the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), currently serving as Development Coordinator for the US Chapter of SCA.

Kendra Sledzinski
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING & RETAIL
With more than 15 years of specialty coffee experience, Kendra has trained hundreds of baristas, trainers, and coffee enthusiasts through the years, emphasizing that knowing how to make coffee well is a fun and valuable life skill that yields tasty results. Her palate has been informed by experience in green, roasted, and brewed quality control, and she keeps it sharp by working closely with national and international peers through organizations like US Brewers Cup. A dedicated community organizer, Kendra is passionate about the ways coffee brings people together in all parts of the value stream.

Jeff Batchelder
EDUCATOR & CAFE CONSULTANT
Jeff Batchelder first began working as a barista in 2001 but took a deep dive into the world of specialty coffee in 2008 and hasn’t looked back since. Having worked as an educator for two of the most influential craft coffee roasters – Intelligentsia Coffee Co. and Counter Culture Coffee – he’s worked alongside world-class baristas and green coffee buyers, while also having the opportunity to train hundreds of baristas over the years. Equipped with a finely tuned palate and a calm demeanor, Jeff helps baristas improve their skills by assessing where they are and helping them discover avenues to level up their skillsets. When not tasting coffee, he likes to camp, hike, or grab a drink with friends–but he also appreciates a nice, quiet evening in his home in Denver.

Iaisha Munnerlyn
EDUCATOR & CAFE CONSULTANT
Iaisha Munnerlyn has worked in the coffee industry for the last 10 years navigating different roles, some including barista, trainer, and cafe management positions. She has contributed her skills and passion volunteering for organizations fostered to assist individuals also trying to navigate the industry. When she’s not on the clock she is running her passion project, MoodTea: tea experience company promoting the importance of self-care and mental health resources.

Christa Thomas
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Christa has 15 years of marketing and creative experience, joining the Tradecraft team in 2021. She began her career as a photographer covering NASCAR, and then joined Chartwells K12, a Compass sector, in 2016 as a marketing specialist. While she’s newer to the coffee and tea world, she has well over a decade of experience consuming coffee and is thrilled to work in an innovative and exciting industry and marketing products she loves.

Marcus Boni
PRESIDENT
Marcus has had the sincere pleasure of being a member of the Specialty Coffee Community for over 20 years. Marcus has held Executive leadership, marketing, and operational roles with specialty coffee roasters & retailers, equipment manufacturers and consumer focused e-commerce organizations. He also volunteers his time with the Specialty Coffee Association and most recently as the National Coordinator for the US Chapter of the SCA. Marcus also spent four wonderful years as the Director of Community Development with the SCA(A).
