Mango Hibiscus Iced Tea Popsicles
  • 2 cups Mango hibiscus tea brewed
  • 1 cup Ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup Simple syrup
  • White chocolate drizzle*
White Chocolate Drizzle
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut oil

  • 1 Popsicle mold

Method
 

Mango Hibiscus Iced Tea Popsicles
  1. Follow brewing instructions for tea
  2. Combine tea, ginger ale, and simple syrup together and stir to incorporate
  3. Pour liquid into popsicle molds and freeze overnight
  4. Just before serving, drizzle with white chocolate if desired
White Chocolate Drizzle*
  1. Combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil into a non-stick or heavy bottom sauce pan over low heat
  2. Stir frequently until chocolate is completely melted
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes
  4. Drizzle white chocolate over popsicles
