- 2 cups Mango hibiscus tea brewed
- 1 cup Ginger ale
- 1/4 cup Simple syrup
- White chocolate drizzle*
White Chocolate Drizzle
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
Instructions
Mango Hibiscus Iced Tea Popsicles
- Follow brewing instructions for tea
- Combine tea, ginger ale, and simple syrup together and stir to incorporate
- Pour liquid into popsicle molds and freeze overnight
- Just before serving, drizzle with white chocolate if desired
White Chocolate Drizzle*
- Combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil into a non-stick or heavy bottom sauce pan over low heat
- Stir frequently until chocolate is completely melted
- Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes
- Drizzle white chocolate over popsicles
