Ingredients
  

Mango Hibiscus Iced Tea Popsicles

  • 2 cups Mango hibiscus tea brewed
  • 1 cup Ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup Simple syrup
  • White chocolate drizzle*

White Chocolate Drizzle

  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut oil

Instructions
 

Mango Hibiscus Iced Tea Popsicles

  • Follow brewing instructions for tea
  • Combine tea, ginger ale, and simple syrup together and stir to incorporate
  • Pour liquid into popsicle molds and freeze overnight
  • Just before serving, drizzle with white chocolate if desired

White Chocolate Drizzle*

  • Combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil into a non-stick or heavy bottom sauce pan over low heat
  • Stir frequently until chocolate is completely melted
  • Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes
  • Drizzle white chocolate over popsicles
