Silent Night Latte

Smith Tea's Silent Night Latte blends peppermint's sweet and sharp tastes with the freshness of orange and the spice of cinnamon, mace, and clove. Topped with the sweetness of steamed milk, this drink is perfect for cozying up by the fireplace.
Ingredients
Silent Night Latte
- 3 sachets Smith Tea Silent Night
- 5/8 oz Silent Night Syrup*
- 6 oz milk
- nutmeg (garnish)
- cinnamon (garnish)
Silent Night Syrup
- 1 clementine
- 1 tbsp mace
- 1/2 tsp clove
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 cups organic cane sugar
Instructions
Silent Night Latte
- To make a concentrate, pour about 3 oz of boiling water over 3 sachets of Silent Night. Steep for 5 minutes, then remove the sachets.
- Add tea concentrate, milk, and Silent Night syrup to a steaming pitcher and froth ingredients together
* Silent Night Syrup
- Combine all ingredients along with 16 oz boiling water in a large heatproof vessel
- Stir to dissolve sugar and let stand for 15 minutes
- Strain into a clean, glass container
- Refrigerate and use within 30 days
