Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso BLK & Bold Smoove Operator or Rise & GRND Coffee
  • 2 scoops ice cream Ben & Jerry's Change is Brewing or ice cream of your choice
  • crunchy ginger snap
  • chocolate chips
  • dark chocolate shavings

Method
 

  1. Place 2 scoops of ice cream into a cup
  2. Pour a double shot of espresso over the ice cream
  3. Top with crumbled cookies and chocolate chips or shavings
