
Lavender Bergamot Matcha Latte
This earthy blend of rich matcha, the citrusy zing of bergamot, and the soothing sweetness of lavender will bring a little extra sunshine to your spring day.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 2 oz 180°F water
- Ice fill to 1/4″ below rim
- 1 pump lavender syrup
- 1 pump bergamot syrup
- Milk fill to 1/4″ below rim
Instructions
- Add matcha powder to a bowl
- Add hot water
- Whisk water and powder together until frothy and free of lumps
- Add syrup to cup
- Fill cup with ice
- Add milk
- Gently pour prepared matcha on top to float and preserve the froth
