Lavender Bergamot Matcha Latte
This earthy blend of rich matcha, the citrusy zing of bergamot, and the soothing sweetness of lavender will bring a little extra sunshine to your spring day.
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 2 oz 180°F water
- Ice fill to 1/4" below rim
- 1 pump lavender syrup
- 1 pump bergamot syrup
- Milk fill to 1/4" below rim
Add matcha powder to a bowl
Add hot water
Whisk water and powder together until frothy and free of lumps
Add syrup to cup
Fill cup with ice
Add milk
Gently pour prepared matcha on top to float and preserve the froth
